Something Fun

Yesterday, Glenda at mommies reviews challenged her readers to post about something fun. So, challenge accepted.

"amummyslifenz" "baking" "cupcakes" "biscuits" "something fun"While most of today was spent either working or cleaning. I did find some time to do so fun baking. That might not sound like fun to you but it is to me. Especially when it comes to decorating something like cupcakes.

I recently bought  pile of new decorating tools and today I had the chance to actually use a one of them. In particular, one of my fondant stamping tools. I chose the medium sized butterfly stamp for today’s  vanilla cupcakes with yellow vanilla butter icing.

I also make some chocolate chip biscuits. Both of which should give the kids something to munch on for a couple of days these school holidays. At least until I can get the time to do a huge baking session to fill the cupboard back up, anyway.

So, what have you done lately that was fun?

Thank you for mentioning me. I love the Cupcakes and seeing you have Butterflies on them means a lot to me. As my daughter was killed in a freak accident and I like to think she is a Butterfly flying free. And they look like my favorite color. I am so glad I meet you through this challenge.

Sounds like fun! We have a family tradition of homemade pizza on Fridays. I always smile while making pizza, even though it takes a while to make. Happiness from the kitchen 🙂
